CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less notice is given, you may be charged up to 100% of the service fee to the card on file. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will do my best to accommodate you based on the circumstances. LATE POLICY As I operate on an appointment-based schedule, it’s important to arrive on time to ensure I can provide each client with the care they deserve. If you’re running late, please let me know your estimated arrival time, and I will try to accommodate you. Arriving more than (10 minutes) late may result in a cancellation.
